St. Clair College’s theatre group was having a dance performance for Christmas and needed a vintage styled Christmas poster. I wanted to add reindeer, so I drew 2 in Illustrator, and also drew a mistletoe to put in their mouth as if they were holding a rose like tango dancers. I made the background blue for a nice contrast against the brown deer, and added lowered opacity mistletoe again in the background so it doesn’t look flat. For the text, I added the "Happy Holidays" title under the deer, and connected the lines of the H’s to make it look less separated as it did before, then the rest of the performance's details under the title. The St. Clair College logo is hidden between the deer and title so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb on the side.
